The feeling of being safe is essential for most people in order to live life in a satisfying way. Many of us look for this place in the outside world. You might be surprised to find that the safest place is within, hidden like a sanctuary waiting to be discovered.
What would it be like, when you are able to forgive any of the slings and arrows of the past and welcome the challenges of the present in total confidence?
